EXCHANGE AND RETURN

We’ve created JOYS to give you joy and a smile on your face. We pay close attention to supplier and contactor selection process to make sure in the quality of our products.

That is why we provide a 30-day guarantee for our products. If you find any defect during this period, we’ll cover all refund and exchange costs.

The guarantee is valid only if you follow all the recommendations for care.

The guarantee is not valid in case of:

1.Normal wear and tear
2.Damage in the process of exploitation
3.Gaps, cuts and scuffs on the fabric or in the seams
4. Fading or soiling due to improper use or care for the product
5. Pilling on used products
6. Other defects due to improper, care, storage or transportation. Product damage caused by actions of third parties or force majeure

RETURN POLICY

You have all the rights to make a return of the product of the proper quality and unused, if its presentation and customer properties are preserved as well as the document confirming the fact and terms of purchase of the specified Goods, within 7 days after its receiving.

Our online-shop has the right to refuse a refund if it detects violation of the terms of preservation of presentation. In this case all delivery costs are borne by the customer.

EXCHANGE POLICY

In the implementation of selling products by remote method there are restrictions on the exchange of products. If you want to exchange the product of the proper quality for the same one in a different size, color etc. you have the right to return it according with the conditions of the return policy, then place a new order for the same product.

RETURN FROM MOSCOW WITHIN THE MKAD

We appreciate your time so we’re ready to organize the return of the product by our own forces.

You just need to make sure that the product is ready for the delivery (the product of the proper quality in the original packaging with the receipt and completed documents for the return) and agree the date of the courier’s visit. The cost of this service is 500₽. Please respect the work of couriers and make sure you can hand the product over at the appointed time.

RETURN FROM OTHER REGIONS

If you want to return the product from other regions, please contact us any convenient way («Contacts» section). We’ll arrange all the details required to send the product and provide you the data for the delivery to our address.

Pack the product as safely as possible because it’s your property until our specialists receive and examine it. Save the waybill and receipt to be insured against possible force majeure.

INSPECTION AND FERUNDS

After receiving the parcel, our specialists inspect the product for damage or exploitation within 2-4 working days. If the product is in good condition and never used, the manager will send your payment back to the card which the purchase was made with. The refund may take 1-30 working days, depending on banks.
